The nitty gritties...
We use a holistic and inclusive approach to well-being and our therapeutically informed and supervised groups are designed by our team of Allied Health Professionals and implemented by Therapy Assistants and Peer-Mentors.
We embrace a variety of modalities, including sensory-friendly activities, mindfulness, and group discussions that celebrate the unique strengths within our community. Our sessions are a safe space for exploration and self-expression, fostering a sense of belonging and building skills, empowering each individual to navigate their neurodivergent journey with confidence. Join us for an enriching experience where authenticity, understanding, and connection take centre stage.
If you have an NDIS plan, our groups may be claimed under Core and Capacity Building NDIS support lines, depending on your goals
Check with your Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator if you are unsure.
Please note that we are not a registered NDIS provider.
Costs vary depending on the staff to participant ratio, the non-face-to-face component of the service (e.g. session plan and client specific case noting) and the qualifications of the professional leading the group. We can provide a quote and depending on actual numbers, the actual cost may be less. Groups are offered in a “Program of Support” in Term or Semester blocks (with a break of two weeks halfway aligned with SA school terms).
